Because many O Jewelry Studio pieces are handmade or hand-finished, small variations in texture, surface, colour or finish may occur.
Natural stones and freshwater pearls may also vary slightly in shape, colour and texture.
These natural and artisanal variations are part of the character of the piece and do not necessarily constitute defects.
We make every reasonable effort to display colours and finishes accurately.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated.
Any applicable taxes included in the displayed price will be handled according to applicable law.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is completed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import charges may apply and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the customer’s responsibility.

Normal wear resulting from use does not automatically constitute a product defect.
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee and remedies provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
For goods purchased from a professional seller in the EU, a minimum two-year legal guarantee applies where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
